I have been trying to add the schedule, but must not be savy enough. So here is THIS week's schedule:
Total mileage 15
Mon 4 miles
Wed 3 Miles
Friday 3 Miles
Saturday 5 miles
I am already behind since I did not do the 4 miles on Monday. Tomorrow is our class, so it is 3 miles in the snow!!! Can't wait!
The schedule for next week is the same, with the exception of 4 miles on Wednesday. I bet I could loose weight on this schedule if I could just quit eating chips and drinking wine!
